Terms Of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Prompt Zone mobile application (the "App") operated by Prompt Zone ("we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. About the App

Prompt Zone is a curated lookbook of AI product-photo prompts for ecommerce sellers and creators. The App lets you browse prompt ideas, unlock prompt text, and copy it for use in third-party AI tools (such as ChatGPT or Gemini).

The App is not an AI image generator. We do not create, render, or host AI-generated images on your behalf through OpenAI, Google Gemini, or similar image APIs inside the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your region, you may use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or internal business purposes on devices you own or control.

You may not:

- copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App

- reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where allowed by law

- bypass unlock limits, ads, subscriptions, or other access controls

- use the App for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes

- scrape, bulk-download, or republish App content in a competing product without our written permission

4. Prompts and Content

a) App content

Categories, prompts, images, text, branding, and other materials in the App are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

b) Your use of prompts

When you unlock or copy a prompt, you may use that prompt text to create your own product photos, listings, and marketing materials. You are responsible for how you use prompts and for any content you generate with third-party AI tools.

c) No guarantee of results

Prompt results depend on third-party AI tools, your inputs, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee image quality, marketplace approval, sales results, or fitness for a particular purpose.

d) Third-party AI tools

If you paste prompts into ChatGPT, Gemini, or any other service, those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for those tools.

5. Unlocking, Ads, and Subscriptions

a) Free access

The App may offer a limited number of free copies or free prompts each day. Limits may change.

b) Rewarded ads

Some prompts may be unlocked by watching a rewarded advertisement, subject to daily caps and availability.

c) Pro / paid features

We may offer paid plans (for example weekly, monthly, or yearly) that unlock additional access. Prices, features, and availability may change.

d) App Store purchases

If you buy a subscription or in-app purchase through the Apple App Store:

- payment is charged to your Apple ID account

- subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

- you manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings

- refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies

e) No abuse

Attempts to manipulate unlocks, ads, free limits, or purchases may result in suspension of access.

6. Push Notifications

The App may request permission to send push notifications (for example, reminders or product updates). You can enable or disable notifications in your device settings at any time.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

- use the App in compliance with applicable laws

- not use prompts to create illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content

- not upload malware or interfere with the App’s operation

- not misrepresent the App as the creator of your final AI-generated images or claim affiliation with us without permission

By using the App, you also acknowledge that Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that prompt content will always be accurate or available.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROMPT ZONE AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR PROMPTS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD $50 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANYTHING.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the above limits apply only to the extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your use of prompts with third-party AI tools, your generated content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Provisions that should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will continue to apply.

13. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update the App, features, pricing, unlock rules, or these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App.

14. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party services such as Apple, Google Firebase, advertising networks, analytics providers, and font/image providers. Those services are subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policies.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
