Prompt Zone ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Prompt Zone mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

We do not require you to create an account with your name or email address.

a) Device and notification data

When you allow notifications, we may collect:

- A push notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging)

- An anonymous user identifier (Firebase Anonymous Authentication)

- A randomly generated device identifier stored on your device

- Device platform (iOS/Android) and app version

- Timestamps related to token registration and app activity

This data is stored using Firebase (Google) services, including Firestore.

b) Data stored only on your device

We store locally on your device information such as:

- Unlocked prompts, favorites, and daily usage counters

- App preferences (for example, onboarding status)

- Pro / purchase-related flags (if applicable)

c) Clipboard

When you copy a prompt, the text is placed on your device clipboard. We do not upload clipboard contents to our servers.

d) Content

Prompt content may be loaded from the App or our services. We do not collect the images you generate outside the App using third-party AI tools.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information above to:

- Deliver and manage push notifications

- Maintain app functionality and unlock/usage features

- Improve reliability and support of the App

- Understand basic device/app version information for notifications and updates

3. Third-Party Services

We use Google Firebase services, which may include:

- Firebase Authentication

- Cloud Firestore

- Firebase Cloud Messaging

These services may process data according to Google’s privacy policy:

If we enable advertising (for example, Google AdMob) or analytics in the future, those providers may collect device advertising identifiers and usage data under their own policies. We will update this Privacy Policy before enabling such features.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share data only with service providers that help us operate the App (such as Google Firebase), or if required by law.

5. Data Retention

Push tokens and related device records are kept while needed to send notifications and operate the App. You can stop notifications in your device settings. Local app data can be cleared by uninstalling the App or using in-app reset options where available.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Your Choices

- You can disable push notifications in iOS Settings.

- You can uninstall the App to remove local data.

8. International Processing

Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country (including through Google Firebase infrastructure).

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
