Privacy Policy — Prompt Zone Last updated: 16 September 2026 Prompt Zone (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Prompt Zone mobile application (the “App”). This policy explains what information is processed when you use the App. 1. Who we are Contact: rutvikphoto@gmail.com The App is a lookbook of AI product-photo prompts. It is not an image generator. 2. Information we process We do not require your name or email to use the App. a) Identifiers • A random device identifier stored on your device • An anonymous Firebase Authentication ID • Push tokens (Firebase Cloud Messaging and/or OneSignal) if you allow notifications • Advertising ID (Google Advertising ID on Android) for ads and measurement • Attribution identifiers from AppsFlyer b) App activity • Screens viewed, buttons tapped, prompt unlocks, copies, and similar events • Crash and diagnostic logs (Firebase Crashlytics) • Session replay of the App screen via Microsoft Clarity (taps and on-screen layout inside Prompt Zone only — not other apps, not your camera roll) c) Stored only on your device • Favorites, recently viewed and copied prompts, daily usage counters, and settings (including whether After-call shortcuts is on) d) Clipboard When you copy a prompt, the text is placed on your device clipboard. We do not upload clipboard contents to our servers. e) Android After-call shortcuts (optional) If you turn this on, the App reads call state only (idle, ringing, or in a call) so it can open shortcuts after a call ends. We do not read, store, or share phone numbers, contacts, or call history. You can turn this off in Settings. 3. How we use information • Provide the lookbook, unlocks, and copy feature • Show ads (including rewarded ads to unlock some prompts) • Send optional notifications • Measure installs and in-app events (AppsFlyer, Firebase Analytics) • Find crashes and improve the App (Crashlytics, Clarity) • Remember After-call and notification choices 4. Ads The App shows ads from Google AdMob and related ad partners. Those partners may use the Advertising ID, approximate location derived from IP, and device/app data to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads if your device allows it. Third-party services • Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config) • Google AdMob • OneSignal (push) • AppsFlyer (attribution) • Microsoft Clarity (session replay and analytics) Each provider has its own privacy policy. 6. Sharing We do not store any of your data 7. Retention Device and push records are kept while needed to operate the App. You can disable notifications in system settings. Uninstalling the App removes local data. 8. Your requests (including deletion) Email rutvikphoto@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Prompt Zone data”. We will delete or unlink server-side device/push/analytics identifiers we control. Advertising and attribution partners may keep limited data under their own policies. 9. Children The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. 10.
